Ann Rennie

Ann Rennie

Ann began her working life in tourism marketing but since 1989 has worked in training, organisation development consulting and HR practice.  She has a Masters in Organisation Change (RMIT) and before joining Peter at Leadership Australia in 2001 was Manager, Organisation Development in an outsourced call centre.

Ann has worked as an internal and external consultant delivering training to groups from 5 to 250 participants.  In the mid 90’s Ann’s interest and concern for organisational issues deepened as training room participants spoke of their experiences in organisations.  This led to further studies in organisation dynamics and consulting.  Ann’s interest is predominantly in working with group dynamics.  Her process facilitation style is grounded in understanding personal and group dynamics and her perceptiveness to issues arising that impact organisational and team objectives.

Ann’s personal passion is about developing peace through dialogue.  She is a mother, a core member in a number of women’s groups, and more recently, active in her local community to encourage strategies to lighten our ecological footprint.  She has an enduring interest in comparative religions and in the emerging sense of spirit and citizenship in the global community.
